TableDrop ("the extension") is a Chrome extension that exports tables on the current web page to CSV, Excel (.xlsx) or the clipboard. This policy explains what data it handles.

1. Processing happens locally

• TableDrop only runs on the tab where you click its toolbar icon (Chrome's activeTab permission). It cannot access other tabs or sites.
• Table contents are read and converted into files entirely inside your browser. They are never sent to us or to any server.
• Files are generated in your browser and saved through Chrome's normal download handling. "Copy for Sheets" places the table on your clipboard; nothing is uploaded.

2. License key (Pro users only)

• If you activate Pro, the license key you enter is sent, together with the product ID, to Gumroad's license API (https://api.gumroad.com/v2/licenses/verify) to verify your purchase. This happens on activation and then at most about once a week.
• This is the only network request TableDrop makes.
• Gumroad processes this request under its own privacy policy: https://gumroad.com/privacy. Your purchase itself (payment, email) is handled by Gumroad, not by the extension.

3. What is stored on your device

Using chrome.storage.local, TableDrop stores only: your license key, whether it was valid, and when it was last checked. This data stays on your device. Removing the extension deletes it.

4. No analytics, no tracking

TableDrop contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, cookies or remote code. We do not collect browsing history, page content or personal information.

5. Sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent or share any user data. The only data that leaves your browser is the license key sent to Gumroad for verification, as described above. Data is not used for any purpose unrelated to exporting tables, and never to determine creditworthiness.

6. Children

TableDrop is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
